Is Polymer Clay Toxic?

Polymer clay is non toxic once it is baked and cured. They are durable and waterproof. But they are not chew proof or scratch proof. Please make sure they are not hanging too low for your dog/cats to chew on.

How long does it take for it to get made?

Every order is custom made so please give us 1-2 weeks to make them and send them. we will ship it out as soon as it is made. Also, please be advised because they are handmade to order, they may not be identical in color or shape for each order. Although we try to make every tag smooth and even as possible, irregular edges and surfaces may be unavoidable.

Which size would fit my pet?

I would recommend getting a small size for all dogs/cats that are small. and For Medium to large dogs please order the 40mm/1.5inch tags.

How is the Phone number put on the back?

The phone number is put on the back with adhesive label and sealed to help prevent it from coming off.

Cancellation/Return Policy

Once ordered, the item cannot be cancelled or returned. We do not replace lost, stolen, or chewed tags. If it is broken, please email us to see if it would qualify for replacement tag
